Artificial grass for pets

Artificial grass and dogs – why choose it?

Maintaining your garden can take up a lot of time and effort, especially if you have a dog or other pets at home. Dogs can often dig up real grass, make a lot of mess that needs picking up and they can carry mud in and spread it all around the home – particularly in wetter months!

Artificial grass is strong and durable, making it difficult for dogs to dig through, resulting in a tidy lawn regardless of how much digging effort your dog may take! Fake grass also thankfully means the end of harmful chemicals that can be poisonous to animals.

Artificial grass is also a great option for dog kennels due to its low maintenance values. By reducing maintenance hours, this allows kennel staff to have more time to spend looking after the animals rather than taking care of maintenance in the garden – or reduces cost by not needing to employ a gardener.

Cleaning Dog Turf

One thing a lot of pet owners are worried about is how to clean artificial grass when their pets have done their business on it. All of our artificial lawns are permeable so all dog mess can be cleaned and picked up easily. Rain will help to clean your fake grass but you can also do this manually with a hose, disinfectant or an artificial grass cleaner.
